UMPQUA BANK: 3rd and Seneca, downtown Seattle
environment, art direction
While working at Ditroen, I collaborated with a talented team to change the face of a building in downtown Seattle. This window installation is made from three layers of graphics and then lit from behind. The image is of a famous pergola located nearby, in Pioneer Square. Umpqua got great feedback from this piece; many Seattlites enjoy a respite from the rain under this newly brightened canopy. I was involved in concepting the whole piece, from image content to color scheme. Once the direction was set, I was responsible for developing the colorful background layer all the way through to mechanicals.
